Learning & Development Designer

  • Take lead on researching, developing, updating, and organizing training

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a range of learning interventions to meet the needs for professional skill development, onboarding, informal support forums, and other development program

  • Create curriculum for training and workshops, using digital tools to create flexible programs that include virtual instructor-led and web-based on-demand courses in addition to in-person opportunities

  • Oversee planning and delivery of employee orientation/onboarding and ongoing training, including coordination of volunteer trainers and subject matter experts, and assist with logistical support as needed

  • Be the lead trainer for training, while partnering with other co-facilitators and subject matter experts

Internal/ External Communications Specialist

  • Provides communications support for organization-wide projects and initiative

  • Develope, Coordinatie, implement and/or evaluate communication plans related to internal communications

  • Build and improve localization processes, tools, and resources for marketing assets

  • Research and identify the right local, national, and industry media to target

  • Contribute ideas and conceptualize story angles

  • Develop media and client materials when needed, such as strategic plans and creative campaigns

  • Manage marketing opportunities and media engagement

  • Provide strategic PR counsel and support to business leaders

  • Motivate and educate clients while promoting healthy living and well-being

  • Help clients achieve their mental and physical health related goals

  • Translation to and from Japanese
