Learning & Development Designer
Take lead on researching, developing, updating, and organizing training
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a range of learning interventions to meet the needs for professional skill development, onboarding, informal support forums, and other development program
Create curriculum for training and workshops, using digital tools to create flexible programs that include virtual instructor-led and web-based on-demand courses in addition to in-person opportunities
Oversee planning and delivery of employee orientation/onboarding and ongoing training, including coordination of volunteer trainers and subject matter experts, and assist with logistical support as needed
Be the lead trainer for training, while partnering with other co-facilitators and subject matter experts
Internal/ External Communications Specialist
Provides communications support for organization-wide projects and initiative
Develope, Coordinatie, implement and/or evaluate communication plans related to internal communications
Build and improve localization processes, tools, and resources for marketing assets
Research and identify the right local, national, and industry media to target
Contribute ideas and conceptualize story angles
Develop media and client materials when needed, such as strategic plans and creative campaigns
Manage marketing opportunities and media engagement
Provide strategic PR counsel and support to business leaders
